Let’s talk about the elephant in the room, shall we?
How – as millennial mums working full time and trying to build and launch successful businesses – do we find balance in our lives without burning out and still have time to wee in peace? Well, This is how (Minus the toilet thing – we all know were never going to pee in peace again- but one can dream)
Its Ok!, in the beginning of our entrepreneurial journey its normal to feel overwhelmed and a little doubtful. One minute we have a dream and the next we find out all the things we need to implement to make said dream become a reality. If you don’t curl up into a blanket burrito and hide from the world at this point, you’re doing amazing! Its natural to question whether we’ve made the right decision, especially because we have so much at stake. But listen you beautiful little shining star: YOU GOT THIS!

Balancing being a bad*ss mum, the 9-5, and being a Mum-CEO requires patience, persistence, and a truck load of self-compassion. It's about remembering to embrace the messy, imperfect moments and finding beauty in life’s chaos. Remember to think when things get tough, what advice would you give you kids? What does the 7-year-old you need to hear.
Prioritise what truly matters and let go of what doesn't. You don’t HAVE to do it all, learn to distinguish the important and urgent work from the busy work and carve out time for yourself amongst the hustle and bustle of daily life- success comes when you learn self-care.
And if you don’t have all the answers right now, who cares! Embrace the uncertainty and follow your intuition – trust that you are exactly where you need to be – and take hold of the opportunities that align with your vision.
Lastly, don’t do it on your own – motherhood and entrepreneurship can be lonely – but it doesn’t have to be. Find your tribe, attract your people, and accept help (asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness)
So, reach out and book a discovery session so I can help you release the overwhelm and map out your business launch.
